The successful applicant will demonstrate significant dairy industry knowledge.

In addition to excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, your strength is your ability to think strategically and at the same time execute practical solutions at an operational level with a strong focus on business development.

Key tasks:

• Manage relationships with existing clients and create new business
• Maintain relationships with international agricultural colleges
• Co-ordination of international college placements
• Manage candidate responses and applications
• Short listing & screening potential candidates
• Conducting interviews and reference checking
• Liaising between Clients and candidates to ensure needs are fulfilled effectively
