We require enthusiastic and motivated Herd Managers with a minimum of 2 years on-farm experience and the ability to take on responsibility.

To be a successful candidate you must have proven performance in shed management, animal husbandry, tractor driving, irrigation/effluent management, communicating and keeping basic records, and ensuring vehicles, machinery and farm is well-maintained.

This role has a particular emphasis on animal health and shed hygiene - experience with detecting heats, treating lame cows, rearing calves and health problems is required.

The successful candidates must also be able to work confidently under pressure and as part of a team with a passion for the Dairy Industry, who wants to learn and progress in their career.

Upskilling is highly encouraged and supported
