Our client is looking for a person who wants to step up and be supported into learning the role of 2IC.

This farm is 6km from Geraldine with 300 ha, milking 1150 cows at peak.

You will bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform day to day duties which will include, milking, fencing, stock work and general farm duities You would also assist with the management of day to day activities linked to farm production. Implementing farm policies and plans. You would learn about day to day planning and staff management. 

The successful applicant must be able to pass, if required to do so, a pre-employment drug test and hold a clean licence. Shared accommodation is provided as part of a competitive remuneration package inculding a fantastic 5/2 roster.

A 3 bedroom home is supplied, with a fireplace and a woodshed. The house is in Geraldine, access to schools and shops.
