Seeking a motivated, honest and reliable dairy assistant to undertake general farm duties on a farm in Canterbury.

Some milking experience is preferred and a background in farming would be desirable. However, the team are happy to teach and support.  Motorbike experience would also be considered an advantage. Attitude is key.

The farm milk's 990 cows through a modern 60 bale rotary, which is fully automated with protrack & in-shed feeding. The successful candidate will be expected to perform day to day duties which will include, milking, fencing, stock work and general farm duties. 

The roster is 6:2 til Xmas then 5:2

Accommodation provided is a 4-bedroom house, can be furnished for solo, heat pump,
firewood supplied.

Having your driver’s license and car is a must as well as being able to undergo and pass a drug test.
