This 750 cow farm is looking for someone with some people management experience and is looking to develop that skill further for a future in large team management.

Solid pasture management skills are required.  Have you been collecting farm data, recording and doing basic calculations?  This is your opportunity to put it in practice.

54 bale Waikato rotary. Pivot Irrigation.
8/2 8/3 roster with great hours once calving has settled. 

You will have responsibility for milking activities, troubleshooting, rectifying problems and knowing when further advice or help is required as well as keeping an eye on the tanker docket and the residuals.

This is a great opportunity to get stuck into making a difference and using your previous training to influence farm productivity as well as completing documentation required on farm while ensuring all farm policies are implemented.

The farm is a drug and smoke-free environment and we may undertake random drug testing from time to time.
Driver’s licence and own vehicle is required.
