The opportunity exists for an Experienced Herd Manager  with a minimum of 2 years NZ experience. For the right candidate, there is opportunity for progression so a desire to succeed in the dairy industry is a must.

The farm, located in the Ashburton area, milks 1100 cows through a 70 bale rotary and the roster is 6:2 with 5:2 during dry off and 6:1 during calving. Accommodation is provided.

The successful candidate will have good communication, good pasture management, animal health and husbandry and good English is a must.

We are looking for a progressive individual who can support the 2IC and Farm Manager, work unsupervised and displays initiative.
