What we need

We are currently seeking a Dairy Assistant who has a desire to progress in the dairy industry. This is a large family farm located in Canterbury with an immediate start.

Average hours is 50/week with a varied roster. 

Remuneration is by negotiation.

Duties include milking, bringing in cows for milking, assisting with animal health, mating and calving. Setting up and taking down temporary electric fences, ,assisting with irrigation, weed control and general farm and machinery maintenance.
